The BURCAM 300509PS high-capacity automatic submersible utility pump is designed for water transfer in residential applications. It is ideal for draining pools and can also be used where volume and/or flow are required. The electronic switch monitors the water levels while pumping so that you can simultaneously do other things. The switch activates the pump at approximately 2-1/2 inches (+/- 1/2”) of water and continues to power the pump for approximately 30 seconds after reaching its shut off level to allow the pump to drain the maximum amount of water possible (down to 1/2” depending on the surface area to be drained). The thermoplastic body is corrosion-resistant and the water-cooled 1/2 HP, 115V, 60 Hz motor includes automatic thermal and overload protection. The pump has a 1-1/2” NPT discharge and comes with a 1-1/2” check valve, 12 feet of 1/4” poly rope and 50 feet of 1-1/2” discharge hose. Maximum head of 25 feet and capacity up to 4000 US GPH. 19-foot power cord.
